Zambia slaps criminal charges on Airtel, two others for poor quality

Zambia telecom regulator Zambia Knowledge and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) has filed felony instances opposing all three operators within you. s. – Airtel, MTN, and state-run Zamtel – for providing a negative high quality of cell phone products and services.
